I had my older harley in there shop for repairs. I brought it to the shop jan 16th 2014. I was informed the work would only be a few weeks. On april 18th they called to inform me that they could not fix the carberater on my bike and to pick it up. I took the motorcycle home that evening. I started inspecting the bike and noticed several things that were not complete. They replaced the brake pads and now my rear brake is inoperative. They installed new clutches in my primary now the bike wont shift above 3rd gear without excessive force. They installed mirrors which were loose. They installed a new headlight and it no longer functions in low beam only the high beam works. These were all things that were working prior to taking the bike to them. The next day I went back to their shop to find out how this was going to be addressed. When I asked for my money back for the work that was not completed they started yelling at me and cussing. They then called the police and called me an unruly customer. They also when replacing the clutches charged me for a clutch shell that had a manufacturer defect. After returning the shell they insisted that they could only give me store credit. If they had gotten the bike running and sent me home with it the brakes not working could have resulted in an accident that could have hurt or killed me.
