Review: Haven't received my order
I placed an order with [redacted] at winch ready. My order was based on availability. [redacted] said they already had a rear in stock and the other would be done in a week. I told her I was going to schedule my vacation to install the bumpers the week of the 4th of July. She said that I would have them June 26th. Within 1 day of the order the nearly $4000.00 dollars was removed from my account. I call no response! I email No response!
Then one day [redacted] finally answered the phone and said sorry i've been gone. I said I need the bumpers by the week of the 4th of July. [redacted] said they will ship that week. I said OK because I have a show to go to and I want the bumpers on the TRUCK.... I also said that I have scheduled my vacation to do it. Here I am today July 10th no bumpers and i'm $4000.00 dollars poorer. I also ordered a LED 20" she charged me 699.00 I said its only 599.00 on your web site she said oh the website is wrong. WOW that's all I have to say. I left a message today asking for a refund or a real date of delivery. Still no return Call or Email for weeks and weeks and weeks. I'm sick of this!Desired Settlement: I want my bumpers here to me by the the end of this week July 14th at the latest of I want a Refund.

[redacted] placed order on 6/13/13 for some bumpers and lighting. Unfortunately we had some manufacturing delays it states on our invoice there might be a delay in manufacturing due to things out of our control. We contacted [redacted] and we shipped the bumpers July 7/11/13 he has receive his order in full.
Review: Theft.
In 2009 I purchased a front and rear bumper for my jeep. Rear bumper was 800. We received it late. The front bumper was 1300.00 we never ever saw this bumper and the company will not give us our money back. They will not answer or return our calls. [redacted] cried to me that they couldnt afford to pay us back and she was concerned she wont have any retirement. I need my money back, as I work very hard to support my family in another country. This woman has stolen from me. Desired Settlement: A full refund of 1300, would b nice. We would even take a new bumper.

Originally when the Mr. [redacted] ordered the rear bumper for his jeep he agreed to the terms and conditions of the invoice unfortunately we had some manufacturing delays and could not deliver the bumper in the time stated on the invoice. When bumper was completed Mr. [redacted] didn't want the bumper. Due to the fact it was a special order we don't give a refund but a in house credit. We are finishing a Front bumper for a New Body GMC to replace the rear bumper order that Mr. [redacted] originally ordered and will be shipping July 31, 2013. Mr.[redacted] and his wife agree to this.

5 years later the company did send us a new bumper. Thank you.
Review: I ordered a bumper from them October 2013 and the expected delivery date was November 16,2013. That date came and gone without any conformation for the shipping. Whenever I can get a response from [redacted] there is always an excuse and never any answers. It took filling a dispute with my credit card company for her to call me back in the first weak of January. [redacted] told me that if I removed the dispute she would personally guarantee the bumper to ship on January 16th, she would apply a $100 refund to my card and email me a new invoice (i still have not received it). It is now the 23 of January 2014 and [redacted] is ignoring all my emails and my calls go strait to voice mail.Desired Settlement: I would like my order completed and my credit applied to my card

I am responding to the complaint by [redacted]. He did order his bumper in October 2013. Due to Manufacturing delay his bumper was delayed. We sub out our Mandrel Tube Bending. Due to a death of the owner of the company that bends our tubing we were unable to get our tube order in a timely manner. We have shipped [redacted] Bumper as of 1/31/2014. He has already received it. His lights were on back order and they will ship on Monday 2/10/2014. Due to the delay we gave [redacted] a credit of 100.00. We have not avoided [redacted]s calls or emails.
