We have received a complaint from our customer [redacted] which involved product issuesAs our customer described the counter top had green caulking and was not installed properlyTo resolve this inconvenient we contacted our customer to set a date in which we would send our workers to fix the problemWhen our workers reported to [redacted] house the defects were not fixable so we proceeded to remove the countertop and ordered a new oneWe did not charge any extra money to our customer for thisOn Saturday, July ***, we sent our workers to [redacted] house to install the new countertop [redacted] was asked to inspect the work and give us feedbackOn Monday, July ***, [redacted] contacted us to inform us about a missing opening for a soap dispenser and a damage that was unintentionally caused by our workers on one of his cabinets during the installation of the countertopThe damage was small and fixableOne day after we received the feedback we sent our workers, this time including a carpenter to fix the damage on the cabinet, to [redacted] houseWe also sent a letter for [redacted] to sign after the job was done and inspected by himThe letter stated that we had fixed the damages in the countertop, and our customer is satisfied and agrees that the job is finished [redacted] refused to sign the letter but told our workers that the job was goodNow we are receiving complaints from [redacted] about the joints in the new countertopWe did everything we could to satisfy our customer and perform a good job, however our customer does not seem to be satisfied

HI RESPONDING TO THIS COMPLAINT CUSTOMER WAS SUPOST RETURN THE MERCHADISE TO GET A FULL REFUND IS OVER DAYS HE NEVER RETURN WE CALL THE CUSTOMER HE NEVER RESPOND THE PHONE CALLS. PLUS IS A BALANCE 0F $THANK YOU FOU TIME

We did not charge any extra money to our customer for this. On Saturday, July [redacted], 2016 we sent our workers to [redacted] house to install the new countertop. [redacted] was asked to inspect the work and give us feedback. On Monday, July [redacted], 2016 [redacted] contacted us to inform us about a missing opening for a soap dispenser and a damage that was unintentionally caused by our workers on one of his cabinets during the installation of the countertop. The damage was small and fixable. One day after we received the feedback we sent our workers, this time including a carpenter to fix the damage on the cabinet, to [redacted] house. We also sent a letter for [redacted] to sign after the job was done and inspected by him. The letter stated that we had fixed the damages in the countertop, and our customer is satisfied and agrees that the job is finished. [redacted] refused to sign the letter but told our workers that the job was good. Now we are receiving complaints from [redacted] about the joints in the new countertop. We did everything we could to satisfy our customer and perform a good job, however our customer does not seem to be satisfied.
