fashion and she was pleased, stating that she would be sure to visit again. She wore it on her hand as she walked out the door. Upon notification that some stones were missing, I explained that occasionally in the process of sizing, the prongs can get flexed because of the slightly tighter curve, and I was happy to fix the ring at no charge, and pay any necessary shipping costs.  I do not give credence to the opinions of other jewelers often times because they do not have either the experience nor the ability to create and design jewelry at my level. This ring has diamonds that are small, but high quality and brilliance, with 58 facets as is standard for full cut diamonds.  The type of prong setting is referred in the industry as micro pave' and is difficult to do.  Many jewelers are not experienced in this type of work. Nor do I give much validity to   the "appraisal", as I know that many places will bad talk others to make themselves appear to be the solution. The ring design is very high quality in it's components and workmanship, and is a labor intensive piece; the price is fair.  I have had my business in various high level locations for 33 years, and have always stood behind my products.  I am well aware of the requirements for posting our return policies, and I am enclosing a picture of these, as well as the communication that I had with [redacted] up to this point.

Review: I was visiting Lake Tahoe on 7/23/15 -7/24/15 I went inside this shop as I saw a Boxer dog owned by the store owner. I was in this shop about 2 hours I ended up looking at everything from Gass sculptures to the jewelry cases that were threw out the stores floor plan. I was in there so long my friend left to shop other stores. The store hadn't been open very long not 6mo. I saw some nice things but no prices were displayed the owner tried showing me a bracelet I didn't care for and a necklace I didn't like but I did like a ring and he was helping other customers so I waited till he was free I looked at every single item in this store as I waited patiently. There was NO posted store return or refund policy anywhere and I had a friend go in the store after I had contacted Mr. [redacted]'s and he claimed he did but asked if I looked on my Store invoice? I am confident that is the only place it is. I had a friend go take pictures of his store, front door etc I have 16 pics and none show and disclosure of store policy on refunds/returns.. It is my experience with designers never to have issue to return anything until now. I wanted the ring but he said I would have to come back tomorrow to pick it up he would size it better...I said ok I will pay you half now & the rest when I pick it up..he said he won't size it until it's paid in full and if he gets customers tomorrow he's busy with them I will have to wait for it, I was leaving early and never do I pay in full and leave with nothing but it was my bday gift to me so I paid in full. I didn't wear it till 8/19 to dinner by 10pm my friend was looking at it and 3 diamonds were gone..we searched for hours finding 2 I took it in to a local designer he refused repairing it & said I will continue to have problems with the defective prongs the weak band and too small of diamonds its no practical or durable for hand jewelry it could function as a broach better but subjected I take it back for a refund. I then got a 2nd opinion in San Francisco that agree.IDesired Settlement: If a full refund is refused in his response I will send a demand letter as per filing a claim against him in small claims court. Their is nothing I want in exchange and I paid $125. For an appraisal on the ring and it was worn for 4 hours it appraised at $1200. And I paid $3225. For it....Debit not credit ! I'm fully prepared to take him to court It won't inconvenience me one bit ...I have total confidence in my evidence and statements by accredited ,certified qualified Artisans .
