[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]The hotel and manager are making claims that are untrueThey are making up statements because of how they'e "viewed" in the businessI spoke to the front end woman the morning of the Saturday of our stay, she said she would have the room cleanedThat night there were banging on the walls, I called the front desk at pmHe stated he would ask the room to quiet downI called back minutes later and he asked if I would like to switch roomsI stated I had a year old who was sleeping and it was my last night there so I did not want to move roomsThat was the only time switching rooms was ever mentioned during my stayAnd then when we left Sunday morning is when I stated we were out of the room and it was not cleaned Saturday and that I would be calling corporate due to my satisfactionThere was no downgradingThere was no yellingThis "manager" is fabricating lies to play his side to be the correct side and they are not trueWhen my mother called she was told the manager would be in Monday and contact her thenThere were no racial slursThere was no downgradingThis accusations are ridiculous and defamation of our nameI would like resolutionWe were not the only unhappy familyMany were expressing dissatisfaction in the pool areaEspecially when the gentleman came and started taking everyone's towelsI apoogized they didn' say anything, but I feel I have a right to
