I have been a loyal customer for 6 years! They do a great job each year so I'm always eager to return. I like the fact that I never have to wait in long lines and schedule an appointment. I submit all my tax returns online and I always receive my refund within 7 days. I love the conveniece of going online to their secure website and submitting my documents online. I now live in another state so I'm thankful that they process returns in 50 states. They are available year round to help if I need a notary tax help or legal help. I really like the android mobile app. I can upload my W-2 online and never have to worry about going into an office. I have a very busy schedule so I appreciate how they are available online 24/7. I would high recommend this company to everyone.

Thank you Mrs. Patrick!! The process was very easy and simple. I really appreciate the authentic customer service. She showed continued professionalism throughout the process, and is very down to earth. She will work day in and day out to try to get you the max. I ended up recieveing more than I ever received when filling my taxes. I recieved my refund 8 days after my taxes where filled. Victoria showed continued involvement and communication concerning my taxes with me. She is also mobile which made it convient as well. The intuit software she provided was very convient when uploading my w2 and additional forms needed. I defintely recommend her and her services. I even referred family and friends over! Will definitely be filling with her next year!
