construction issues. The RV is also Almost 2yesrs past warranty.The dealership that did the work estimate which is a Forest River dealer and the customer did not want them to do repair. I agreed to cover thru a different Forest River dealer if they wanted but would not agree to go outside our dealer base. I have not heard back from the customer or there choice for a authorized Forest River dealership to do the repai.

The only contact I received from Shasta that they would provide parts and we have to pay for labor. As I stated before see estimate by camping world that states defect . I don't feel we should have to be paying for repair on camper less than 2 yrs old. I feel everyone involved is not concern with the consumer each has made their money on sell of camper. I am truly disappointed in how any of this is handled and will not recommend any friends or family to purchase any forest river product. After going on line and seeing the other complaints that have been filed toward Shasta I am not surprised
