Volume that [redacted]'s company was doing, I advised him that based on his financials they justified the amount which was [redacted] that [redacted] was looking for. [redacted] and I exchanged telephone numbers and I advised him that I would email him our Business Application and once he received it, he could return it along with the last 6 months bank statements from his company so our company could begin the underwriting process to see how money could be funded to his company. Initially [redacted] sent copies of bank statements, however I advised him that I would need official bank statements from him in a pdf format. Upon compliance of this request, [redacted] also sent back the Business Application, and once I received everything I thanked him and told him the underwriting process would begin, and I would probably have a response for him by 12 the next day which would have been 7th. That Friday we didn't receive anything and I spoke with [redacted] late in the afternoon to tell him that the underwriting process was still going on and we probably would have an answer for him on Monday August 10th, as we spoke late in the after on Friday. Monday morning before Lunch time I spoke with [redacted], and advised him that the  underwriters had initially declined the deal to various tax liens the business had. However I was still confidant that we could procure [redacted] the funds that he needed through one of our high risk lenders that would gladly take on his paper. That underwriting took an additional  two more days and on Wednesday August 12th, I last spoke with [redacted] saying that he was probably not going to be able to get the funds since the underwriting was taking so long. He inquired as to why and  I informed him that I could not speculate and didn't want to tell him something that wasn't true, lets just wait until I get a definitive answer. Thursday August 13th I last spoke with [redacted] and told him that deal was in fact declined and there was nothing that we would be able to do. During This time, I received a promotion and moved to a new office and as a result my office number changed. the movement to the new office, my old office telephone number became inoperable and stopped taking calls, we actually were finally able to get [redacted] in today August 25th, to finally fix and correct the issue. If infact [redacted] or anyone else  called after the 13th  he or she wouldn't have been able to get through that line which none of us in the office knew, because that office remained empty until someone else moved into my old position. Although I do feel defeated in that we were unable to get [redacted] and his company the funds that they initially asked for, I followed everything to the T, and no unethical practices were ever conducted on JD Merchant Capitals behalf. Unfortunately at the end of the day [redacted]s company had too many tax liens, and the bank statements he provided were unable to justify the loan amounts he was asking for. It is a part of the business, sometimes deals fall apart, and that is all that happened here.   Hope to hear from you soon! Best Regards, [redacted]

Excellent Customer Service great products and most of all Trustworthy.

Review: I was contacted by JD Merchant Capital after I ran an advertisment in [redacted] about a $15,000 loan that I was trying to receive with collateral being a [redacted] valued at $24,500. Our companyies name is [redacted], and this is the name to olan would have been under. This company lends to business with credit card receipts and a regular amount of established business every day. I told them over several conversations that we did not have any credit card receipts as we are a real estate development company. The gentleman I dealt with name is [redacted]. He ask me to send him copies of our bank statements so that they could verify if we did enough business to justify a loan. He said he could lend me $20,000 that would be paid back in 182 days (six months) at $150.00 per day. That amount seemed very high but, we needed the note to take care of some items we needed to pay. We were expecting several million dollars over the next several months so we decided to go ahead and do it.

On August 7, 2015 at 12:39 PM I received this email "Hey [redacted], I just wanted to let you know that I received your official Bank statements and have submitted them to my under writers to begin processing so that we can get you a contract by the days end no later than Monday morning. Thanks [redacted]" Sure sounds like a commitment to me. From this point on I have only been able to talk to [redacted] once as he never answers the phone. As per the rest of the company, they hang up on you when you ask for him and will not let me speak to [redacted]s the president and advertised owner of the company.

I did what they ask, I was told things were a go and now NO ONE WILL TALK TO ME OR RETURN CALLS. There recorder is often full and no messeges can be left.

Further, I was told that they do not check credit only do a soft credit report and therefore to not report that it was checked.

Further, understand I will be filing a complaint with the regards to the lending laws in [redacted], to see if what they are doing is legal there.Desired Settlement: I would like to be contacted by this company and would like to see if there is a way to complete what we tried to do in the beginning, a loan or some kind of explanation and of course an apology.
