Review: Years ago I have asked JD Nicholas to stop calling me at my place of employment to solicit purchasing stock through their company. I am on the do not call list. Several times where I have tried answering their phone calls their automatic dialer hangs up on me. Today at 3:05 p.m. a gentlemen calls and asks me to hold for "[redacted]". A man named [redacted] comes on the phone. I believe he said he last name was "[redacted]". When I asked him to stop calling me he continued his "sales pitch". I interrupted him and asked him again not to call me anymore. I asked him to spell his last name for me and that I was on the do not call list. He then hung up on me.Desired Settlement: I want a letter from someone at JD Nicholas stating that they will never call me again. This company has a very bad reputation and I do not like their unethical practices. I am tired of being harassed at work. If I do not get a letter then I will be filing a complaint with the Do Not Call Registry.
