I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN YOUR TOP REVIEWS OF DISH NETWORK,DISH HAS TAKEN THEIR OWN SIDE INSTEAD OF THE CONCERN OF THEIR OWN CUSTOMERS BY NOT NEGOCIATING ON THE DISPUTE THEY ARE HAVING WITH N.B.C. Review: Frequent and harasssing phone calls to our house multiple times a day. Frequent hangups. Woman will hang up on you as you ask them to stop calling. They leave long messages on the answering machine consisting of dial tones. We have asked them to take our number off their list but they continue to call. We are on the do-not-call list as well.Desired Settlement: We just want them to stop harassing us! We are not interested in their products or services. They are rude and bothersome and don't have the right to harass us.

To be removed from our survey sample list, please have this consumer email us at in[redacted][email protected] and they will be added to our DO NOT CONTACT list.

We need the consumer's name (as it appears or the survey requests), and the address where the requests are being sent to. If they are being contacted via email, then we need their email as well; or if by phone, the phone number that is being used to reach the consumer. Once we have this accurate information sent to in[redacted][email protected], the consumer will immediately be added to our "do not contact" list and the communications to the consumer will cease shortly thereafter.

Review: I have been a member and done online surveys for 2+ years. Recently they sent out a notice that they would be closing this survey area down and to cash out by 3-17. This appears at the top of their page--Attention JD Power Panel Members The JD Power Panel will be closing as of March 17, 2015All available rewards will need to be redeemed/cashed out by said date. After March 17 the JD Power panel will no longer be available and all rewards will expire.Should you have any questions or concerns, please get in touch by emailing member services at [email protected] have been trying to cash out for a month now and have been unable. I also have continued to do surveys, they have continued sending me survey requests.I have been back and forth with support and have heard the usual canned responses, clear cookies, try a different browser. Nothing has worked-they finally offered to call, which they never did after requesting my phone number. Then they quit responding to emails at all. Today I received an email telling me if I need money to ask for help from friends and family!!! I can't begin to describe how irritated and upset that makes me. I have over $100 in my account to cash out, there are quite a number of surveys to do, which, obviously I'm not wasting time on. I also called corporate and-same old rhetoric.Desired Settlement: I would like my survey earnings, which total $113.50 to be paid.
