My roof looks amazing
JD sheet Metal did two roofs for me after the big hailstorm we had in SA this spring.
The upfront fee quote was competitive, timely, and very professional. The sales rep, was the same. The roofing job was done in a timely manner, was done in one day for each job, the roofers were polite, and both job worksites were surprisingly neat.
A few post roofing details were eventually resolved, but there were some miscommunications and follow up needed with regard to appointment times for several small items that were missed, and that was slightly frustrating.
Granted, I am sure that the company was busy as heck with all of the hail damage we had, and stuff happens. I think that they did a good job, and I would recommend them.
