affirm and acknowledge the terms & conditions for our autoship program by marking the T&C check-boxes. According to our records, customer ordered our products on a 14 day trial basis back on 04/22/2017 and paid the shipping and handling fees of $5.99 and $4.95.The trial expired on 05/06/2017 and due to the fact that the customer didn’t cancel they were charged for the original shipments,$94.95 for the Cream and $89.95 for the Serum,however the $89.95 for the Serum was declined. Customer contacted our Customer Service on 05/23/2017 and requested for her subscription to be cancelled, which we did we also provided the customer a refund of $5.99 for the shipping and handling of the Cream,which the customer accepted. Unfortunately thereafter the customer filed a dispute with their financial institution, in which they ruled the customer’s claim in our favor.However, we feel for our customer’s concerns and do apologize for the inconvenience, thus will be providing a full refund for the Cream charged on 05/06/2017 $94.95 for any misunderstanding when placing the order. Here is the refund confirmation: $94.95 Trans ID:7[redacted]01 dated 07/21/2017. Refund should reflect on customer’s account within 3 to 5 business days.
