As for today phone conversation with one of your company customer representative, we talk about an amount of $1,owed to *** (account ***) that show in my Credit Bureau
She try to explain they were fees for two companies but She could not explain neither I understand why exactly are the charges, because I have my bank statements that show a monthly service fee of $for *** and a monthly fee of $***
In March I decided to finish my contract with *** and they told me that I had to pay a fee of which I Paid in June 01, by *** and returned the *** devise on July first as usual to *** ? *** by *** (tracking # ***) Since I have no business deal with them anymore there is no Services fee or leasing fee to be charged

I'd like to file a professional complaint against *** (company owner and collections agent) of NCCSII received a message from *** regarding a message left for the President of the company regarding a debt I allegedly owe to herWhen I contacted her to explain that debts of mine are being handled through a legal representative and that I was unaware of any debt being collected under her office, she told me it was regarding an outstanding account with ***She provided no other informationI told her that I would have my lawyer contact her as there are legal matters being dealt with after having my identity stolenI cautioned her to stop calling my client, and she stated that she will call anyone that I work with/for.I am an independent consultant who bills clients for the recruitment services I provide*** She then began to scream that she will call anyone and everyone she can reach *** I had to hang up on her ***
Complaint about *** and contacting me at work and that amount they are stating is owed I advised that I was dealing with ***
I have advised *** at Northumberland County Collection to not contact me at work I advised her verbally and by email to not call me at my place of employment and that I did not agree with the amount and I would be contact *** which I have and awaiting their decision Further more I have never received a letter from this company in any matter of money owed to them
