Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: After the signing of this lease the owners were notifed of the abundant amount of cat hair in the home (by us) which we did not know of until after the move in date and signing of the lease which was after the supposed professional cleaningWhen we told our land lord they told us to move out which, they did not offer any other asisstance besides movingIf we are to move into a home that actually had clean carpets I would be more than happy to comply with the lease.We have text messages corresponding with dates that prove that there was cat hair all over the houseThis resulted in myself staying home and vacuuming the carpets completely multuple times (5+) until I was able to remove as much cat hair (from the carpets as possible) that it was suitable for ***.She has a history of allergies and even documentation that she is highly allergicThe owners did not care about this problem and again, the only assistance was being told to leave.I still want the money refunded on the fact that coming in the carpets were not cleaned and the owners were told of this situation to which they did nothing Sincerely, [redacted]

11/20/2017: We had to clean our carpet ourselvesThe carpet had bags of cat hair & we kept cleaning & [redacted] had to leave the house because she is allergic to hairI sent them a text saying that they could have cleaned the carpetIt wasn't on them but it was me who had to clean the carpetThis was on the first day that we moved in & we stayed there three yearsThey told us we could move and that they would let us out of our lease.11/27/2017: I don't want want the moneyI know that I probably want get any moneyI just wanted to state they we were good tenants & felt we should have received carpet cleaning

11/20/2017: Mediator left message with business.11/20/2017: We cleaned the carpet & walked through with the tenants. It was actually fibers that were normal for new carpet and the house was fairly new. They removed fire detectors because they were afraid someone was watching them. We put them back and some weren't working and we took care of them. There were a few minor repairs & we did not charge them for those repairs only the carpet cleaning.  There was a cat there that the tenants saw while looking at the home before they moved in.

I sent them a text saying that they could have cleaned the carpet. It wasn't on them but it was me who had to clean the carpet.
