The old alarm system was not communicating with central station monitoring, we sent a tech out at no charge to the client to test the systemWe discovered that the communication panel was deadWe advised the client that we would install a
new system at no charge to the client so that they could have a secure location that will dispatch authorities in the case of alarmAlmost immediately the client had complaints with the new system because they could not operate it and their employees kept setting the system into alarm mode, we dispatched a tech to check the system and discovered it was working properlyClient called again a day later stating the system was bad and needed to be replacedWe had a tech return, tested the system and determined it was operating correctly, the tech gave instructions again on the panel to the staffClient called back a couple of days later and says she was still having issues and claimed it was the panel, we had a tech respond again and swap the panel with a new system and trained againWe tested the panel at our office and determined the panel was fineClient called our office after hours stating the new panel was trash and wants it removed and to return the old panel (which was discarded upon installation of new panel) client was yelling and screaming that she could not reach anyone after hours (our message gives an extension to press for afterhours emergencies)The next morning the client called our office and yelled and cursed at our operations manager and said she wanted the system removed and that she would sue us if we didn't remove itI sent the client an email with an attached letter advising that we would be out in days to remove our system and she would need to contact another company to install and monitor her security system and that we would not do business with her any longerWe have gone above and beyond for this client and all at no chargeWe have decided to purchase a new alarm panel as close to the old panel as possible and deliver it to the location in questionWe will not install the panel nor service the new system and we want no further contact with this clientI will have it delivered once we are advised that the client is agreeable with this solution

They not only took our panel, but all of our sensors as wellTheir service tech noted on the last day he was there that the panel in fact was defective and was going to get a new panelI have fines from the city of Thornton for alarms caused by their inferior equipmentWe have spent $to replace the equipment they took from our store and another $
in fines to the city of ThorntonThey can reimburse our loss or we will in fact turn it over to our attorney

We did not remove/install any equipment without consent, the location manager and owner were notified that the original equipment was faulty and that we were replacing with new equipment(at no cost to the client) the clients employees were responsible for the setting of the alarm and were also responsible for the alarms not the equipmentThe client insisted the equipment was bad so we sent a technician to replace the panel just to make the client happy, not because it was faulty (we brought the removed equipment back to our warehouse and tested- working fine) the client was still not happy, with several calls by *** (owner) verbally berating our employees and company we gave notice to the client that we would remove our equipment and no longer service their locationWith that said, We agreed to deliver the equivalent material to the location as requested in the "desired resolution" requested by the client in the Revdex.com complaintWe are willing to stand by our agreement to deliver the equivalent equipment to the siteWe will not reimburse the client for alarm fines from the city due to misuse of alarm equipmentAs you can see from the work orders (attached) as well as the single invoice billed, we have serviced this client at no charge for the majority of our work because they were a friend to the ownerThe old equipment that was in the building was treated badly, old and no longer workingWhen the equipment was removed it had dead crickets in it as wellWe have gone above and beyond for this client

As they took our equipment and mysteriously disappeared they can claim anythingWe did not authorize any replacement and did not authorize the removal of any equipmentTheir replacement equipment was defective and they knew itThis probably needs to go to my attorney as they removed (stole) our equipment, and left us vulnerable to a non monitored break inWe will accept only the settlement listed otherwise it is headed to court
