Good Afternoon,Upon receiving this complaint, we immediately investigated the events that transpired It appears that the original estimator on this job (who is no longer with the company) did not communicate to our billing department exactly what he and Mr*** discussed
Unfortunately, as he is no longer here, we were unable to ask him what his conversations were nor did we have anything in writing at the time to match up with what the client was claiming At this time, as a measure of good faith, we have decided to waive the $1,as requested by Mr*** and we will be refunding him in the amount of $to cover the costs of the severed cable line (as shown to us in invoices provided by homeowner) We apologize for any miscommunication - the employee who caused these issues is no longer employed here and we will be calling the homeowner to inform them of the refund and to extend our apologies Thank you *** ***

 Unfortunately, as he is no longer here, we were unable to ask him what his conversations were nor did we have anything in writing at the time to match up with what the client was claiming.  At this time, as a measure of good faith, we have decided to waive the $1,022.08 as requested by Mr. [redacted] and we will be refunding him in the amount of $273.00 to cover the costs of the severed cable line (as shown to us in invoices provided by homeowner).   We apologize for any miscommunication - the employee who caused these issues is no longer employed here and we will be calling the homeowner to inform them of the refund and to extend our apologies.  Thank you.  [redacted]
