JDK Heating & Air Conditioning Reviews (3)

I appreciate your time with this matterWe received the official permit to operate today, nearly months after beginning our projectOnly of those months were spent waiting on PG&EI feel it would be futile to file a complaint against a giant utilities company, that is doing anything they can to not allow users to disconnect from the grid as our power system partially doesMy largest complaint is, and always has been, the gross mishandling of our project from nearly day oneRevolve Solar has made it clear that they are not concerned with our satisfaction as customers, going so far as to deny any wrongdoing on their part, and use the contract we signed and financial agreement we have been faithfully paying on all this time, as a cover They have been failing for the last several months, and most recently were denied a claim for bankruptcy by the courts for fraudulent documentationUnfortunately, we, and others around us, were caught in their web of deceit and liesI will likely not receive any satisfaction from this subpar company and do not wish to waste your, or anyone else's, timePlease let me know what I can do to end this claim Thank you.Sincerely [redacted]

Our customer service department has been in frequent contact with Mrs [redacted] since the installation of her solar panels on May 27th of this yearAs stated by the customer, the request for Permission To Operate was submitted to Pacific Gas and Electric (PG&E) on June 2ndHowever, due to the nature of the system and its energy storage component (the “batteries”), the utility requested additional paperwork pursuant to establishing a working Interconnection Agreement between the Purchaser and the UtilityCurrently, the project is waiting on PG&E to coordinate a ***e with the customer for one of their representatives to come out to the [redacted] residence for the final inspection of the systemIt is expected that following a successful inspection, PG&E will grant “Permission To Operate” allowing the customer to turn on the systemWe regret that the customer’s interconnection period has stretched on as long as it has, but our customers are informed in their contract that Revolve makes no representation or warranty concerning the availability or terms of any such Interconnection AgreementA copy of the original contract has been submitted for the Revdex.com to review and verify that this is not "small print" hidden somewhere, but a clear and distinct component of our agreement with each and every customer The customer initialed the clear and complete “INTERCONNECT AGREEMENT” paragraph in the contract which states that the “Purchaser acknowledges that interconnection is scheduled by the utility” and that “Revolve has no influence or authority on the scheduling of interconnection or the ***ing from final inspection to interconnection.” The contract further indicates that Revolve agrees to “prepare and submit any reasonably requested forms to support an Interconnect Agreement” (the additional forms PG&E requested)Regarding the customer’s request to be compensated for “an unfinished system that [they] are paying for”, per the contract, the customer agreed to milestone payments upon signingAs their project was financed through a third party lender (GreenSky), the terms and conditions of their financing are a matter between the customer and financierAs the solar contractor, Revolve requested payment from GreenSky at the agreed upon milestonesA great deal of care is taken to explain our agreement and have customers initial to confirm they agree with each paragraph which is written in clear, plain English to avoid precisely these situationsAs previously stated, the contract signed by the customer indicates Revolve is not responsible for a delayed or prolonged Interconnection period as that responsibility lives with the customer’s utilityWe have satisfactorily delivered all equipment, goods and services and the physical installation has been completed in a satisfactory mannerThere exists no issue with the goods or services rendered by Revolve SolarThe cause for delay in interconnection—and the subsequent lack of realization of solar “benefits”—resides with Pacific Gas and Electric, not RevolveIt is unfortunate that Mrs [redacted] ’s solar project has taken as long as it has, but our contract clearly states that matters of interconnection rest solely with the participating utilityWe strive to deliver ***ely and satisfactory solutions for all of our customers, but in this particular instance, the final stages of the [redacted] ’s project—post install—are beyond our controlSincerely, *** [redacted] CEO Revolve Solar

We strive to meet and exceed customer expectations however it is not always feasible and no guarantees are made regarding installation date as there are so many variable relating to installation and permitting that it is not practical to do soThe primary issue is that Revolve Solar paid a substantial sum for a permitThe customer deiced they wished to cancel the contractOur only request was for the customer or their new solar provider to pay the full amount for the permit. We strive to meet and exceed customer expectations however it is not always feasibleUnfortunately the customer was not in agreement with our positionWe remain open to releasing the permit to either the customer or the solar provider upon payment.Thanks.***
