I sent a text message to the owner (after a Google search) with my older (and broken) Fujitsu split AC unit (30K BTU) part number/serial number photo The owner immediately responded with a replacement unit (mine was no longer carried and another company wanted to charge me $to replace it) and the cost of $including labor (with five/seven year warranty) via a text Five minutes later, we were scheduling the installation on the following Tuesday (I texted Friday evening and didn't expect a response until Monday) I received a phone call the day before and the morning of the installation The crew came in and removed the old AC carcass and installed the new system in less than hours They were extremely professional and efficient I will highly recommend JDL Air Conditioning for any AC work in the future Mahalo nui loa!!

I was having a difficult time finding someone to install a new air conditioning unit during the hot summer months - many businesses were so busy, I wouldn't even get a call back. JDL responded on a Sunday morning, and by the middle of the week, the new unit was installed. The work was very professional. Very happy with this company, would definitely recommend.

On 7-15-2017 JDL AIR CONDITIONING was called to Mr H[redacted]'s Home.After Inspection of the system Mr H[redacted] was told that the system was very low on Refrigerant R-22.(Note this is a commercial package unit installed in a questionable residential setting)Mr H[redacted] was then told...

that the best coarse of action was to replace the system as it was leaking Freon, Rusted & Antiquated!He then asked if we could add the refrigerant to the system. We said we could but we did not recommend it due to the systems age and the fact that it had a Refrigerant Leak. Mr H[redacted] & his wife were told repeatedly that there was absolutely no warranty on refrigerant. They choose to add the refrigerant to the system and even signed the invoice stating the lack of warranty upon approval of the systems operation.Mr H[redacted] was also told that should the system fail that we would work with him in the form of a refrigerant credit that could be applied towards the purchase of a new AC  system through JDL Air.At this time we would be willing in the interest of customer relations to refund 50% of refrigerant ($400.00) of Mr H[redacted]'s invoice.

I received a phone call the day before and the morning of the installation. The crew came in and removed the old AC carcass and installed the new system in less than 2.5 hours. They were extremely professional and efficient. I will highly recommend JDL Air Conditioning for any AC work in the future. Mahalo nui loa!!
