The homeowner listed on the appraisal order in question is different than Ms. [redacted]. The only affiliation that links Ms. [redacted] to this order is that is was paid using a credit card with Ms. [redacted]'s name. At this time, we are unsure of Ms. [redacted]'s relationship and/or role with this appraisal order, therefore AppraisalTek cannot release any confidential information in regards to this order to Mrs. [redacted]. However, we can tell you that ApprasialTek is committed to providing the highest level of service and quality to our clients (in this case the mortgage company and their borrower). AppraisalTek appraisers accept a service level agreement/code of conduct on every AppraisalTek appraisal order ensuring that the appraiser will provide consistent, quality reports, timely delivery, and meet the performance demands of appraisal practice. The appraiser assigned to this order, has over nine years of experience appraising in the Phoenix Metropolitan market and the appraisers office is less than 6 miles from the subject property. The appraiser whom completed this apprasial report is highly qualified, knowledgeable, and was in compliance with all guidelines set forth by the lender, as well as State and Federal rules and regulations.
