I've been doing business with JDM since 2009 on my bullitt mustang, and I never had any issues with there work.. Both [redacted]., and [redacted]. are always there to help, and solve any problems that come up.. There estimates are always spot on. The performance of the car when they do the dyno-tune is top shelf.. [redacted]. tells you the way it is, and what your gonna get out of the work that they do.. The shop is spot-less, the work beyond reproach... They are 100% honest.. I drive 110 miles one way to get work done by them.. You want the best.. That's JDM

Review: I purchased a cold air induction and tune for my 2014 Mustang GT in November, 2014. The product does not work as advertised/promised. They have tried to help on occasion, but now seem to be too busy to address/fix the issue. I have been very patient with them, and done everything they have asked me to do. I have taken the heat from them for things that are not my fault and are not true.

Details of current issues: Vehicle RPMs swing 100-250 rpm at idle. Should remain constant at about 800 rpm but do not. I have asked them to look into a problem with boost not being as high as it should be with the current configuration, but they again blame my equipment (been checked out ok).Desired Settlement: I want the vehicle to be properly tuned , have full boost, and no RPM swings.
