I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 12510691, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I am sending off pictures of the work by my shop so we can obtain a full refund. Here is the work that I sent to JDM today. The motor should be rebuilt this week. Once I send the serial number I expect a full refund. Then I will take down my web comments.[redacted]
