I purchased from this company while they were still under the name JDM Tiger, now JDM quality***I purchased a *** *** motor for a replacement, and when I recieved the item, it would not turn freely, and clearly had significant internal problems that meant it was not a good motorWhen I went to file a claim, I was forced to pay over in shipping to get the faulty motor back to them, waiting weeks and leaving me without a carwhen they recieved it back, they denied that the motor was faulty and claimed they had installed it just that dayFurthermore, they charged me miscellaneous "return shipping and handling fees" to send me a new motor, only after I had paid much more than the engine was worthThe second engine was hardly betterIt didn't make the power it should have and proceeded to blow seals, lunch cams, have rings fail, and generally be an expensive pile of ***I***

I placed an order for an sr20det silvertop from Tiger Auto for the amount of $with shipping calculated in on 4-27-They called to confirm the order and asked if a different variation would be ok with me and I said yes and the told me that the order would be processed the following MondayHowever they cancelled my order after they claim to have tried to call the number I provided which I kept close by meI tried today 5-24-to re-order and they informed me that the price was now different ($excluding shipping) even though I never authorized any cancellation and the price was still stated the same until shortly after I called them at which point they bumped the price upThey *** won't honor the previous invoice*** I have my original invoice sent to my email to prove my claimThey also never sent me any kind of

In October I paid for a JDM engine with less than miles to be installed in my ***The cost was almost $INCLUDING parts (seals, gaskets, timing belt, waterpump, spark plugs) and labourThey went through engines before I was able to pick up the car in late December which was not running well at allThey told me I had an exhaust problemWhen I took the faulty car home I inspected the engine serial number and found out it was a local engineI went to their location and spoke to *** (manager) about the issues I had with the car

I noticed none of the seals/gaskets/timing belt/waterpump/spark plugs/clutch kit I paid to be replaced were done
*** advised me to take it to a shop of my choice and get it all repaired and they would pay for it allI did that and sent proof of the parts that were not replaced and required a refund and reimbursement for the repairs done by the other profess

Received the wrong transmissionthey want to treat it as a warranty claim rather than it being their mistake
We ordered a transmission for a *** *** on March 3rd this yearWe received it on 03/07/and installed it on 03/09/After installation we noticed a problemAfter research we find out the transmission sent is for a *** and the transmission code is *** which turns out also has a different gear ratio for the final drive which is important since the car is all wheel drive*** our order number was ***We paid for it onlinethe transmission cost and shipping was about $ Their offer since they are treating as a warranty claim (which it isn't) is for me to pay to ship the transmission back (around $200) and they will refund me the cost of the transmission only but NOT what I paid for them to ship the transmission which was also around $***

Bought motor back in march was told when purchasing that was tested in working orderWhen recived parts shown in picture and description not includedAfter claims to get all that was promiced to be included the motor was truly compression testedIt failedAfter finding out the company had been notified and informed us that it was never tested by themThe company did not waranty the product because of it being high preformanceThe motor was bought under faulse pretences the company had promicedDue to not offering a waranty the company had no problem with selling a blown up motor and advertising it in good WORKING condition.the information given at the time of sale was as well as their products discription

JDM Quality On 12/1/I ordered a 1.6L *** motor and it arrived on 12/14/ I checked the condition of the motor and found that one cylinders has a 20% lower compression reading, and that the valves seemed to be the issueI also noted that the engine delivered was not the one shown on the web site and invoice On the invoice and web site JDM Quality states "all our engines pass a Multi-point inspection & pass a compression check to insure great quality engines." On 1/28/I filed a claim form with JDM JDM wanted me to pay for return shipping I filed a claim with my credit card company who refunded the total purchase price after about days JDM said they would pick up the purchase 2/21/17, but I am still waiting I continue to contact JDM Quality for pick up but it has not happened as of 4/5/2017, but it is "in process" ***
