JDN Heating & Air Conditioning Systems, Inc.

On 11/9/15 JDN Systems installed a furnace, humidifier and whole house air conditioner. Mike provided me with 3 proposals on the equipment. He laid out each proposal’s pluses and minuses. He followed up to see if I had questions and went over the proposals and how each would help with cold areas of our ranch home. The installation was clean and on time. Mike explained the new thermostat, and humidifier. Also he said to call him in early spring, so he can get an accurate reading on the Freon for the air conditioner and top in off. Mike also noticed that I was getting some booming in the ducts, as the Trane furnace had a more powerful blower motor than the original furnace. About a week later I called JDN Systems to see what they could do about the booming and Mike came over the day I called and fixed the problem. All in all, JDN Systems had the best customer service, installation and follow up I’ve had with HVAC companies. Oh, I should also mention that JDN also had the LOWEST INSTALLED PRICE, beating the “big companies” by a large margin!!
