Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The issue is not that I found the part we looked at, on the computer at a cheaper price The issue is that the part you gave me is not the part that we looked at and agreed on I understand that if you order me a part you can charge more but you are not allowed to give me a cheaper version of what I agreed to pay for The rest is not true, I went into the store and calmly asked you about this issue I live right around the corner and you had my address so I had done anything in your store, the police would have came over The package did have a label with your address on it so that comment was untrue, so he obviously ripped something else off, to hide something On the bottom of the box was a bar code and when I scanned it the part matched what was in the box, which cost $and the one he showed me online cost $the @part covered the whole bumper and the one I received does notThe reason I wanted this bra was to cover the damage on the front of my truck and the one I received doesn't cover the damage Sincerely,.Lucio [redacted]

I went to this business and they didn't have what I needed so showed me the part online which included a price of $We agreed on this part, I paid and he ordered my partHe said the part would be available in one week, it took weeksI went to pick up said part, he opened the shipping box and showed me the part and I said ok and leftWhen to put the part on my vehicle I saw that the shipping label was torn off and the packing list was not thereOn the bottom of the box there was an additional bar code so I scanned it and the part that came up was not the part we agreed on but a part costing $I went back to talk to him and he said "I need to make money too" I said not that much that's more than double the price of the product and also it's not the part we agreed on that you showed me on the computerHis only reply was once again "I need to make money"

online cost $290. the @290. part covered the whole bumper and the one I received does not. The reason I wanted this bra was to cover the damage 
on the front of my truck and the one I received doesn't cover the damage.
