I am rejecting this response because: he is lying I never gave him one hundred for each item and I also have a copy of the contract and he called the police on me and the police told him there was no theft I had all rights to take my other two items. this man is a con.

And on the work order that he signed. [redacted] and I explained to [redacted] that the worst thing you can do is let them set up for months without starting them. at least once a week or 2. And all the Problems you can run into by letting them set up for Months. And at $65.00 Hour plus parts it adds up quick. Every Problem That I Run into repairing his riding mower he was called every step of the way while repairing the #1 unit. He put up a $100.00 dollar Deposit on #1,#2,#3 Units totaling 300.00 dollars. I called him Several times on the battery on #1 told him that it was tested and no good did he wont me to install a battery he said NO. I ask him during the beginning that bring me a battery that is good so that I can continue with my work He said ok. After waiting for while he never did. Out of Courtesy I pulled My new battery out of my own mower and temporally used it so that we could finish the job and move on to #2 unit.
[redacted], I have ALL the records Dates,Time,and how long the conversation was that when I called [redacted]. If you like I will be more than happy to send you all the phone calls That was recorded.
When we discussed the cost of the carburetors I ask him that since the hours and cost is rising that why don't we take the 300.00 dollar deposit on all three units and apply it to #1 because of the 192.00 dollar two piston carburetor and we will not work on Units #2,-#3 Until he is finical ready. he agreed to that and several days later when he came to pick up the mower #1 and refused to pay the 477.23 dollars.
He wonted to take 2 and 3 units. Out of courtesy I told him to take them.
The replacement cost for that type of mower.
[redacted],(Heavy duty Mower) engine is a [redacted] v-twin 26 hp with 48 inch deck is right at 3000.00 Dollars.
It is a rule of thump to any repair shop if you do not unplug the fuel form the the fuel tank or lines that the fuel is not going to travel to the new carburetor and run. [redacted] was called on this also being on a speaker phone all conversations was also heard by the other tech Mr. [redacted] cell: [redacted]
(2-Machanics for $65.00 Hour. I am the only one that gives a 30 day warranty when it leaves the shop)
I do not want to File Theft by Service on [redacted] and all I want is what's due to me. So that I may pay the other mechanic and the parts. I was Honest with him and we did him a very good professional job on the motor only. And guarantee that the motor will run without any Problems. Not unless he poor's Dirty gas from a dirty gas can into the Mower. The whole Fuel system is very clean.
