I am rejecting this response because: for two years I tried to get this gentleman to my house and he gave me every excuse under the sunSometimes it was on my way, there's traffic and I can't get there tonight, can we make the appointment for next week, I'll call you back your next on my list and so forthThe only reason he is making an effort now is because Certainteed has been called they pulled two sets of shingles and they're being evaluated and the company who pulled off the shingles for me made a notation that they were not properly installedThis is the reason I had the leak in the first placeI shouldn't have to Chase any contractor to take care of their own workOnce again the only reason he's trying to be proactive now is because I told him I would take him to civil courtSeriously he should just give me my $back because he did a crappy jobAnd frankly I got tired of chasing him What would make me think that if he went up there and fix anything it would be done correctly anyhow? I don't trust him

I believe your mother fell into a deeper state of illness so I didn't follow up. I am sure you recall our conversation. Again, I disagree that anything was installed shoddy and am happy to stop out to get an accurate assessment. I'm out of town till Sunday on a project but will make time next week.  Let's not spin this into something it's not.  I am going to wait to hear from you what works.Thank youJon T[redacted]
