I purchased Radar Contact on September 10th, and my order number is [redacted]. By September 20th I was having problems with this product, more specifically Runtime Error 11. It is now October 25th, and I am still having Runtime Error 11 issues at airports with no resolution in sight. It is only an issue at some airports and happens as soon as I arrive at the assigned runway. They claim in their reply to my most recent e-mail that it must have been a parking issue, but it only came up once I taxied to the runway. My most recent issue is this. I have bben flying in and out of [redacted], and everything worked great until yesterday, maybe the day before, when all of a sudden the Runtime Error 11 popped up. This is not right to keep having the same issue for over a month.Product_Or_Service: Radar ContactOrder_Number: [redacted]Desired SettlementThis issue is too random for me to tolerate and frankly, I shouldn't have to tolerate the issue at all. By now this issue should have been resolved, and it has not. I want a full refund.Business Response I have been working with [redacted] diligently from 9/10/2013 until oct 29th when he didn't reply to my email requesting more info. At that point, since there was no response, I considered the issue closed. I will refund his money, this afternoon, and will consider this matter closed. **Final Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)** has been basically giving me the run around and telling me to install the latest version of Make runways and then update the database. Radar Contact works a couple of times, and then the error I have mentioned shows up again. This is clearly a problem with the design of this program because I have another program that also uses Make Runways, and works just fine. There is no good reason for ** to tell me that he has been working diligently when I have been telling him every issue and he keeps telling me to do the same steps with the same results. If there is a solution to the issue I have, I do not think he knows what it is.Final Business Response Hello,I'm [redacted], part owner of JDTLLC. [redacted] - I tried calling you a few days ago, left a msg but haven't heard from you, I'm sure because of the holiday.My company does not ignore unhappy customers but in this case I can see why [redacted] might think we do. [redacted] handles TS and refunds where requested. [redacted], until very recently did not know [redacted] wanted a refund. He simply didn't see the request. We're looking into why that happened but I know [redacted] told me "there is no record of a refund request". In the same light [redacted], I didn't see the 1st notice from the Revdex.com. I do have the 2nd one in front of me and was shocked to see it!Our most sincere apologies to the Revdex.com, and to [redacted]. His refund was issued a few days ago. What bothers me more than anything is him being dissatisfied with RCv4! Ordered Radar Contact 4.3 on 3.1.15 and requested a key by sending an email confirmation. It's now 7th Jan and I have still not received any responceI am really not happy withthe process as no one should have to wait this long to receive a licence key. I buy many items over the web and receive a key almost immediately however the process is so old and not kept current with the way most people go about purchasing from the web. I'm so annoyed as I needed this last weekend.I'm even more furious that I have had no response to any of my 3 emails. Emails was sent to the support team on Monday 5th Jan at [email protected]. I also sent an email to [redacted] digital driver as I have still not received a licence key on Tuesday 6th Jan. Again no response. The same evening I sent an email to JDTLLC registration team requesting this licence key.I can not believe that this company has no telephone number for anyone to chase up their orders or queries. Absolutely appalled and disgusted to the way I have been ignored as I was really looking forward to using their product. How can any company charge a customer for an digital download and not provide a licence key is absolutely beyond me. It has now been 4 days and this is totally unacceptable!!!Desired SettlementI would like the company to forward me a Licencee key as soon as possible. If I do not receive this come this weekend then I would like to have a full refund.Business Response Most of the time when our clients have trouble receiving their registration keys it's due to improper email format, or a changed email addr that JDTLLC wasn't told of. Keys in fact were sent to this user, twice. A wrong email addr?, JDTLLC marked as SPAM?, we have no way of knowing why but checking our records, his request went through as it should have.Him now having been contacted and personally given key(s) by our President, this issue has been resolved.JDTLLC[redacted]
