JDW First Assisting Services, LLC

I received a bill from JDW First Assisting Services in the amount of $for a medical procedure that was performed on 10/9/(Diag M23.612) I received this bill on July of (months after the medical procedure was performed) I paid the bill in full from my Hughes Federal Credit Union checking account on 8/26/and the check was received by JDW First and cashed on 9/1/ I then received a duplicate bill from JDW First Assisting on 10/14/for the same amount ($151.13) with the same billing code Also the bill indicates that I am - days overdue
This company has very poor billing practices since they waited nine months before sending me the bill and then did not credit my account after I submitted payment
