We replaced [redacted] roof in 2013, but we did not replace his skylightsHis home is about years old and the skylights are original to the homeSkylights are typically a problem area and being at the end of their lifetime, it would be a safe assumption that it would be the skylight leaking and not the roofOur contract states that our warranty is yearsTherefore, this roof is out of our labor warrantyHowever, we of course would address this issue at a service charge [redacted] was calling the cell phone of an ex-employee and not our business line or the number listed on the Revdex.com so that is why he never got a hold of us or a return callI called [redacted] *s soon as I received his complaint letter 2/8/and left a message with my phone number, but I have not heard back from him [redacted] desired settlement is attainable, but will be at an additional cost, due to being out of warrantyWe look forward to resolving this issue.Thank you, [redacted] PresidentParamount, Inc
