campaign to support the director Wes Anderson's charityAs part of that contribution the supporters received a free t-shirt from CrowdRise.comThe particular order number in this instance is an order number from CrowdRise.com, nothing to do with JE11.comThe customer recognized the return address on the package as an address she'd received an item from before, the fulfillment center that also ships out merchandise for JE11.com and so she contacted JE11.com customer serviceWe just spoke to the customer and she remembered contributing to the Wes Anderson charity campaign, she was confused. She does not owe any money, there is no invoiceThis is a misunderstandingOur supervisor just spoke to her on the phone and she apologized and said she'd like to withdraw the complaint
