Jealousy auto detailing is absolutely terrible Reggie *** is bad news he gave me a quote before the job of tinting 2 side windows and the back window and knowing of tearing the old window tint off the 2 side windows of $145.00 I give him the ok to do it he first did not start it for 2 and half hours later. he said he ran into problems pulling off the old stuff , he wanted more money like
$50.00 I said no stop the job give me the car back he than told me I had to pay him in cash I only had a credit card which at the beginning he accepted. he refused to give my car back until I payed he told me to go across the street to walgreens to the atm and get the money I said no so I called the police to get my car back. The city of parma wants the residents to do business locally and they allow business like this to operate in the city He has a F rating with B.B.B. I strongly recommend that consumers do not go to him. I don't believe he is worth any stars he is below one star

I am only giving one start because I cannot give 0 stars. The owner of this company is very unprofessional. We have been on a wild goose chase since purchasing a vehicle from him. He would only take cash and when we tried to go get temporary tags we had a very hard time obtaining them until he was at the BMV with us to prove he was a dealer. When we call him about our title he ignores or calls and we never hear anything back from him. The deadline is approaching for our tags to expire and still no title. Do not even if a last resort purchase or do business with this company

Bought vehicle under assumption the vehicle has NO issues and it was COMPLETELY functional! I have ads that the owner posted of my vehicle(2004 jeep liberty) and they stated 4x4 WORKS ..heat WORKS and No Check engine lights.ALL THIS IS FALSE!!! My 4x4 is NOT even connected! And he reassured me that the jeep was 100% in working order! He took over a WEEK to provide the title! Also made sexual remarks to my wife.

I go to this place to put my windows tints. First this guy took more than 9 hours to do the jo. When he finally call me to pick up my car they broke my windshield. He doesn't want to give me my car keys unless I pay him for the job he did I deny to pay so he say he gonna fix it I told him I want the OEM windshield he don't want to deal with that so he give me his Insurance to do the claim I made all the process then 3 day later his insurance call me and say that they can't proceed with the claim because the insured doesn't want to continue with the investigation this guy trick me I already spent 1,600$ to fix his. Damages I just want the money I spent back.

Went to this place ( jealousy auto, Parma Ohio) to get tint done on my car on 8/7/2018 ..when I got there I met with the owner he took my car and I said it will be three hours. So after two hrs I got up from the lobby when to the side building to check on the process and my car was nowhere to be found so I ask a employee to call him and ask him where he's at and he say he was almost done with my car. So at this point I was mad and ask can he bring my car back and he told them he's on his way. When got there he call his employees to the back where my car was at I didn't know what was going on so a woman came and say I need to pay the rest of my balance so I ask can I see my car first and she say is coming around I say I want to see it first but they wouldn't let me intill I pay . So after I pay the owner got in his car and left so when I approach my car the tint had alot of bubble on it so I ask when can they fix it and they say the owner said to bring it back within a week so I went on 8/14/18 and the owner said it was fine that it need more time to dry and I told him that I want to my Money back cause it was a horrible job or to replace it and he said no refund so at this time I was mad and call my bank to dispute the charges.

I took my car in to get detailed in March of this year and there was a scratch about 1/2” long above my door handle that I asked if they could buff out. The guy left the buffer on top long and it burned the paint. I took it back and he took my VIN down and ordered some paint from the dealership. He didn’t test the paint color on the inside of my door to ensure it matched so when the paint was applied, it was about two shades darker. Not only did the paint not match but it was applied with a paint brush and covered an area the size of my palm. I then took it back again to get fixed and I told him I wasn’t comfortable with anyone from his shop working on my car. He told me he was going to have someone else come in and paint the entire door. I left my car at his shop for a day and a half and when I picked it up, I noticed what appears to be dust particles all over my door under the paint and half of my door looks like it’s missing the clear coat. Now, the paint is chipping where the dust particles are. I don’t trust the owner as he has hung up on me multiple times and has been unprofessional, disrespectful and has lied to me more than once. What started out as 1/2” scratch, has turned into my entire driver’s side door needing to be sanded down and repainted.

I just want to get my car fixed from a place that I can trust and get a rental car because I’m a single parent and work full time and can’t afford to go without a car.
