Jean The Florist

I had a terrible experience with Jean the Florist. I ordered flowers for my mother online for mother's day and they were never delivered. I called the only number listed for Jean the Florist 5 times and no one answered and their voicemail box wasn't set up, so I couldn't leave a message. I ended up texting that number asking them to call me since the flowers were not delivered. I never received a phone call back, but I did receive a refund in my bank account that day from them. The whole experience was weird and I would have appreciated at least a call explaining that they refunded my account along with an apology.
