[redacted] of [redacted]'s Lawn & Landscaping was hired to do some work in our yard in October 2013. It was discussed and [redacted] was told how big we wanted the shrubs to be.
The workers did a good job in what they did and was easy to work with, but when the shrubs were put in I told [redacted] they were too small, he said that was as big as they had now but he promised he would replace them with larger shrubs in early spring as soon as
he got some. The work around the walkway and patio was not finished, the cherry tree was put too close to the patio (and it was the worst looking tree) but that was where [redacted] had marked it to go. When I called the nursery the man that answered the phone said [redacted] was out, (that was every time I called there). I only got him on his cell phone two or three times and each time he promised he was going to get it done. The next time I talked with [redacted] he said he was getting some larger shrubs in that weekend , that was in March 2014. No shrubs, no phone calls, nothing. The last time I talked with [redacted] was the first week in May, he said he was going to do some work almost across the road from us and he would get ours finished then. Nothing again. The last person I talked with was at [redacted]'s Nursery and she could not believe ours was not finished and that she would tell [redacted] so they could get it done. Today is July 19, 2014 and I haven't heard a word from [redacted] or the nursery, it has been nine (9) months and still not finished. We trusted [redacted] when he came out the first time that he would keep his word. We made the mistake of trusting and paying. We paid way too much, but that is our fault. When [redacted] came to get paid he said he would get that cherry tree moved, he didn't, we finally had to move it ourselves. His word has not meant a thing. We are very disappointed. I haven't written a negative review before but I feel we have given [redacted] plenty of time to get this finished, He knows he hasn't done us right. I'm the reason he got that job across the road from us. I told them that we were going to get [redacted]'s Nursery to do some work for us. That was in the very beginning, I would not recommend them now. I didn't recommend the nursery then just that we were getting them to do some work for us.
