I just called my credit card company and still no refundThey are now getting involved themselves Perhaps Jason credited some other deserving customers card, but it wasn't meMy credit card that I used for this purchase ends in ***.

As of today, Dec8th I still haven't seen the credit applied to my credit card. Revdex.comMESSAGE FROM BUSINESS:*** called and stated the customer was refunded The Transaction Token Number is *** and the Authorization Number is ***

The customer ordered parts that were back ordered. The customer called and asked if I would send him part of the order and I did. When the rest of the order arrived I sent it to him. He called claiming the second part of the order never showed up. I told the customer I would send him another part...

and I did. I spoke with the customer today and he said he has not received it. I provided the tracking information to the customer and advised him to contact the post office. The customer is going to follow up with me.  [redacted]Revdex.com
