I purchased the Bush 3 Pc conversation set from *** on 4/25/18 for approx. $300.00. The chairs are now falling apart. ***, where originally purchased has discontinued product and suggested I contact ***. I contacted ***, spoke to *** and her superior over a period of 2 months and was told they would only give us 10% on the purchase of 2 new chairs.

I am rejecting this response because:
It is unacceptable that these expensive rocking chairs should fall apart in just over a year. A year and four months to be exact and a company "policy" does not excuse a defective product. This product should be replaced or reimbursed.
