My complaint is not with the actual service that I received with the technician. He was able to repair my problem efficiently. I do have a problem with how they handle their invoices with your credit card information. Within hours after the technician leaving my house, I had 2 unauthorized transactions on my account. Thankfully, my bank put a hold on my account due to suspected fraud. I'm extremely cautious of giving my card number out and I never do and should have followed my gut instinct, when the technician started to write my card number, along with the expiration date, and 3 digit secuirty code on the invoice. Long story short, a filed a police report as advised by my bank. The investigation was closed because no one admitted to using my card number for online purchases. I explained to my home insurance company what happened because I owed them for the fee for service because when JED tried to process my card a couple of days later, the card was declined because my card had already been closed. I'm assuming that my home
Insurance company forwarded my complaint to JED. Maria who claims to be the manager of the company called me to get more information. I updated her on exactly what happened, but she was extremely defensive and assured me that a police officer had not contacted their office. So, I explained to her what happened and gave her the case number and name of the office working on my case. During this conversation, she confirmed that is was their policy to write card numbers down on invoices and then the technician will put it in an office to get processed. Long story short, the case was closed because no one at JED admitted to using that card. I spoke with Maria after finding out my case as closed to offer some suggestions to prevent things like this from happening to another customer. She was very rude and told me that the case was closed and that my complaint "was neither here nor there" and that I should not falsely accuse a technician of fraud. I explained to her, that I never accused the technician, but I did believe that is was someone from the company who had access to the invoices. I do not believe that this just happens to be a coincidence. It is my right, to file a complaint and be concerned with their practice of handling customers financial information. It is their job as the consumer, to protect their clients' fininacial information.

Working with JED Mechanical was smooth and stress free. The technicians arrived promptly and handled themselves in a very professional manner. Once the job was started they took care of an unexpected issue with ease and communicated with me through every step of the process. The work looks good due to attention to detail by the technicians. Very pleased with the result.

were not treated respectfully and there were an obscene amount of calls harassing our staff throughout the day. This complaint is an untrue, exaggerated, false account of events. We consider this slander and a petty attempt at bad-mouthing our company. Jed Mechanical

Review: I originally paid by check but the check was filled out incorrectly. I immediately paid $775.00 via credit card and asked for my original check and credit receipt. I was told by office Manager Katie that I my original check and credit card receipt would be mailed on 1/9/12. I was only faxed the copy of my check and credit card. On 1/12/15, I spoke to Katie and she indicated that the owner would not be mailing my original check and credit card receipt back to me. I indicated that they received payment and that I was entitled to receive my original credit card receipt and check.Desired Settlement: I want my original check and credit card receipt returned/mailed to me and/or be refunded for stop payment bank fees .
