Have hard copy for [redacted] my bank statement says I was billed [redacted] Called 2x's leaving messages asking where [redacted] extra was billed. No reply yet[redacted] JED photography at [redacted] - A Day with [redacted] the train taking photos with [redacted] and [redacted] Purchased 2 6x8 photographs and paid [redacted] I have receipt. Went through bank statement and it shows they added an extra [redacted] for no apparent reason. I have called the company twice (XXX) XXX-XXXX, only answering machine answers and I left a detailed message both times. No one has called back to try and resolve this.Desired SettlementIt may seem petty, but this is illegal if they are charging extra on the side and doing this to all patrons. I am just asking for the [redacted] back but if this isn't settle easily, then I would like to further pursue it.Business Response The [redacted] is sales tax on the [redacted] All signage at events state that sales tax is added.Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)If it truly is tax, why is it not on the hard copy receipt I received? Why are you adding on the tax later? There is room for a "Discount" of [redacted] I think the way this is conducted is in appropriate. When I receive a receipt with the total amount the total amount should reflect on my bank statement. Not added costs that are note explained for up front. If you want to bill me for tax it should be laid out and broken down on the receipt.I am also not pleased with the fact that I called your place of business twice and no one had the curtsy to call me back and try to explain this. This is not on the up and up.I am more then happy to send Revdex.com or your company a copy of my receipt showing no explanation of tax on the merchandise but a discount.
