Thank you for the compliant from ***. I was contacted by *** on June 16th via phone on her landscaping needs. After meeting with her and going over what needed to be done I returned home that afternoon to work on a quote. I worked up the quote and gave her a call to discussed the quote. For the scope of work needed to be done she felt it was to much and just wanted a price for the weed pulling so I broke it out to just do the weed pulling and called her back. When she answered before I could give her a price for just the weed pulling she said just do it all so at that time we went with the original quote. I then drove to her house and we went over the quote line by line. She agreed signed and gave me a check for material upfront. My boys and myself started the job the morning of June 22nd. *** was home my boys introduced themselves. My boys went to work and I left for another job but prior to leaving I told my oldest son to be in contact with *** and walk her thru things as they completed a portion to make sure she was happy. *** came out several times and told my son things looked good, although pointed out one spot were she wanted a few more weeds pulled. When I showed back up that afternoon the yard looked great along with the planters we installed which *** saw finished before she left. Also the neighbors had commented on how good things looked. ( my son returned at a later date to work for the neighbor also) Prior to leaving I tried to find *** but she had left. My boys and I picked up our tools and left. Later that afternoon I got ahold of *** and she told me my boys didn't listen and was not happy. I got in my truck and went to her house to go over what she didn't like. She wanted some more weeds pulled and the grass completely pulled out of a planter ( that was not part of the scope of work) after going over things with *** I told her we would come back the following day and get things taken care of. Later that day I brought my son back and myself my son and *** walked what she wanted done. That Monday my son went back up and completed everything she wanted then walked her thru everything and she wrote him a check for the balance owing.Several days later *** called and left a voice mail and stated I was to show receipts for everything because she felt work was not completed per the contract. I called her back and left her a message saying I wasn't sure what receipts she was referring to other then receipts for material which I was happy to present to her. After I left the message she would only send text that made no sense. I replied back I was happy to talk anytime just call back. She would not call and said I needed to come to her house. The work was completed per the signed contract and myself and my boys went above and beyond for Ms ***. I didn't know what else to do
Jed's resources went above and beyond to finish the job per the contract and what was talked about onsite. My son went back the Monday following and worked with Miss *** to make sure she was satisfied with our work. Miss *** paid the contract amount in full after walking what was done. There will be no refund. Thank you
