The business called and said that the customer is contacting the wrong number but that he has been in contact with her and is going to fix this but the rain has pushed the jobs back in orderHe will be in contact with the customer about this when the weather clears

The business called Revdex.com and said that after getting this letter in the mail they reached out to the customer at onceAt that time it was discovered the customer was calling a wrong numberThey have set up and weather permitting this will be done by this week or next week

The customer contacted Revdex.com and said the number she has been calling is the number found on line when searching the business she is unclear why the business would have an incorrect number onlineShe is going to give the business business days to contact her to set this up and will contact Revdex.com if this does not take place

Review: In May 2015 I had a deck built by JeeDac,LLC. The cost was $7,300. The wood has settled and there are gaps of about 1/2 Inch between some of the boards where they connect, approximately 12 gaps. The wood has also started to rise in certain places, about 6 boards.Desired Settlement: I would like for JeeDac,LLc to come out and repair and/or replace, the damaged boards.
