The car was SUPPOSED to be certified, but what I got was a certified lemonTook car back and found out there was a crack in the roofHad anyone power washed car and drove they would of easily of found the issue and fixed prior to selling the vehicle along with the broken heater coreSeems like this car might qualify under the lemon law

I am rejecting this response because:
so your sayi g at face value it will display only the good reviews but if a customer chooses to research past your front page then only at that point will they see negative reviews mixed in....

we have worked out an agreement with the customer that they are satisfied with the outcome.

The customers vehicle was repaired and returned to the customer on 7/2/2015.
All of the repairs were completed at no charge to the...

customer.
The delay was caused by parts backorder issues beyond the repair facilities control.

necessary people within the dealership to get this remedied as quickly as the DMV will allow. We have submitted all required paperwork, we maintain records of everything submitted and the submission dates. At this time we are simply awaiting DMV to complete the process. We will be following up daily for updates and will keep you informed as we go along. If there is anything I can do personally, please feel free to reach out.
As for not being able to drive the vehicle, the report of sale sticker (placed on your pass side window) allows for a 6 month window from the time of purchase. You have until Jan 25th 2016 before that notice expires.

The response was the same as before blamed the dmv and lack of communication meanwhile I am paying for a vehicle I cannot drive so I am the one who suffers. As a senior I don't like the way I was treated

Director of Operations/General Manager contacted guest again via e-mail. He offered guest a loaner vehicle until registration process is completed. Customer was also offered reimbursement for all loan payments made past the 90 days guest was told upon purchase he may drive the vehicle with temporary registration. Guest stated that he would be in touch.
