Hello,We have stated that we will not be sending the refundWe had discussed a partial refund but in the emails we stated we wanted to back [redacted] never sent us confirmation that she was only wanted a $refund and went back and forth about wanting to keep itWe discussed at length about getting it crated and returning it to usShe was able to use the tub and decided to keep itAfter that she wants a partial refund even though we said we would take it back and she agreed to return it until she couldn't figure out how to get it cratedOn the bottom of our receipts it clearly states no returns but we made an exception to return it backThis is a USED part, it is not our fault that she was unhappy with the tub when pictures were sentBut because she felt the tub was damaged more, we decided to take it backShe decided to keep itWe are not refunding her the $500, we have stated we are not putting anymore time into this and we are not doing arbitrationI do not agree to arbitration.Jeremy I***

Hi ***,I have attached the documents that I forwarded to the credit card processor as this person stopped the payment on the merchandise that she received and our company sent her a second item and neither item was paid for by the purchaser. My company is out two items and we never received... payment. Here at Jeeps Unlimited we strive to provide our customers with the best new and used Jeep partsWe take pictures of all our used parts and with ll our parts we take pictures of all sides and any damageBecause it is a used part no part is in perfect condition and that is why we take numerous pictures to show what they are purchasingWe ship all over the world wide and often ship large items like tubs and framesWhile working with [redacted] , the tub was described in complete detail and pictures were sentOnce she received the tub she was unhappy with the conditionTubs are expensive to ship but because she was unhappy we did offer to take the tub back for a refund and pay for shipping both waysShe was unhappy with that resolution and wanted to receive some money back insteadWe have kept to our word that we would accept the tub back but that was not the resolution she was looking forNo partial refund was ever offeredWe are sorry we were unable to meet a resolution that she was happy with but she seen the pictures before hand and we offered to take it backPlease contact us with any further questionsThank you

I am rejecting this response because:
The email attachment sent to me by Jeremy a representative of Jeeps  Unlimited  specifying that if I kept the Jeep tub,he would refund $500. There is no confusion that the Jeep tub did not get returned to Jeeps Unlimited and I have waited amble enough time to receive the $500 refund. The only thing that will resolve this matter is a $500.00 check in the mail to me as specified by Jeramy. The above is a copy of the email sent to me from Jeramy a representative of Jeeps Unlimited. This was after I had discussed my unhappiness with the condition of the Jeep tub that I had received. The tub was not shipped back to Jeeps Unlimited because of the expense of recrating. I have given them amble enough time to refund the $500 I was informed I would receive there is nothing to be confused about. A $500.00 check in the mail that was promised is all that will resolve this issue.      Sincerely,   [redacted]

No partial refund was ever offered. We are sorry we were unable to meet a resolution that she was happy with but she seen the pictures before hand and we offered to take it back. statements made by this company regarding my reason for these actions are
false and inaccurate. The purpose of this complaint, as well as my negative
reviews about Jeeps Unlimited RI, is because they did not provide me with the
vehicle part I paid them for, the replacement they claimed to have shipped was
never received, and they were not able to provide me with any shipping
information after asking multiple times over a month. Given these issues, I
initiated a chargeback through my card company; which after their review, I
recently received the credit. I do not wish to deal with
this company again. I hope this complaint encourages them to
reconsider the way they conduct business in the future; or in the
least, raise awareness about this company's dishonesty and lack of

The statements from this company are false. Attached is a
scanned copy of the charge-back paperwork showing that the documents required
to initiate the process was sent to me (via [redacted]) on October 14, 2015- Almost 2
weeks after trying to get information about the replacement they claimed to
have shipped.  I would like to see proof
that a replacement was shipped; surely there is some record.

In response to [redacted],We sent her the item she purchased, she stated that it did not work and we sent her a replacement.  Prior to sending her the replacement she received a refund by filing the charge back.  She never returned our merchandise and she received a refund from her Card Company, as stated in our sales receipt "no cash refund", however we did guarantee the part.  She received two transfer cases and paid for NONE.
