I received an email offering a media player that you can use to watch anything on the Internet freeI responded to that email and bought the device for $ On their website, it clearly states there is 100% guarantee for days I received it on Thursday Aug18, I tried it and found it to be unworkableIt took me minutes to enter a simple password with their method of moving an erratic mouse with the keyboard keys I have tried contacting them by telephone, and get voice mail from a [redacted] instructing me to leave my name and telephone number and they will call backI tried that three times,no call back I have sent three emails as their website instructs to return the product, and I get no reply

In July of this year, we researched the streaming device JeeStreamWe worried that the device would not work for us and questioned the return policyWe received an email from *** *** on July 28th stating that they offered a day money-back guarantee if we do not like the deviceOn 8/4/17, we ordered JeeStream Media Player Units for $and received them on 8/8/On 8/14/17, we emailed the JeeStream support regarding questions we had, but did not get a response backOn 8/16/17, we called and left a message and emailed our questions with no response backOn 8/21, we emailed the JeeStream support again about the questions we were having, but did not get a response backOn 8/24/17, we returned the JeeStream Media Players via UPSLater that evening, we realized that we forgot to include the JeeStream remotesOn 8/25/17, we returned the JeeStream remotes via UPSBoth times we mailed these to JeeStream via UPS, they were insured and were to be signed for upon return
