Dear [redacted],As correctly stated by [redacted]. [redacted], we installed a new roof on her home in October 2011.She called me approximately one year later, She told me she had water coming in a basement powder room. There was no evidence of water from the main...

roof. I told her this problem had nothing to do with us.I visited with her on Saturday May 3rd. She told me she was getting water in the opposite corner of the basement, Her main roof was not leaking. She insisted that my roofer come and physically check her roof. I agreed.I asked [redacted], owner of [redacted], to check the roof. They installed the roof for us. I asked him to go when she was present. He called, left a message, and did not hear back.We received the complaint last week. On,Monday June 23 around 4:30 PM he met with [redacted] and her daughter. He checked the entire main roof and found no issues. He took pictures which can be provided. He did find that a stack pipe was recently installed through the chimney. When asked, [redacted]. [redacted] admitted the work had been done. The chimney needs cement work. He offered to fix the chimney and she told him not to.On the matter of the basement powder room, it is under the front doorway that has old slates above. They could be leaking. Again, nothing to do with our work.I’m disappointed that [redacted] did not mention to me about the stack that had been installed when I spoke about the chimney. We have had a very amicable and easy relationship. We put a door in for her in 2010.I hope the people responsible for her problems take care of this.I wish her nothing but the best.

Review: Jefco was paid to repair my roof but I'm still getting rain going through my roof. I have called for several months over and over for them to come check this roof problem. [redacted] came but no one ever when on the roof to see what the problem is. He said it not the roof leaking its something that Jefco is not responsible for. Water is now coming my basement.The roof was suppose to be repaired - Date 10-13-2011, 10 years Guarantee on roof, price $2750.00....Please help me! I would like my roof fixed right this water is going to ruin my house and all that is inside.PLEASE HELP ME!! IF THEY COULD NOT HANDLE THE JOB ON MY ROOF JEFCO SHOULD HAVE NOT TAKEN THE JOB AND MY MONEY!Desired Settlement: All I want is for my roof to be fix right and stop all this water coming in my house my home. I don't trust Jefco anymore. I would like my money returned and get a reliable roofer to fix my roof.
