Jeff Belzer's New Prague Auto

If I could give NO STARS, I would!!! Very interested in buying a 2019 Ford Explorer. They sent pricing information while vehicle was in transit. This information included AS LOW AS PRICE $30,998 if traded in a vehicle 2008 or newer. The UNCONDITIONAL PRICE of 31,998 was if had a trade that was older then 2008. We were trading a 2017 so qualified for the "AS LOW AS" price of 30,998. Set up an appointment to test drive the vehicle. Drove 1 hour to dealership. When negotiating price they used the price of 32,998 instead UNCONDITIONAL PRICE of 31,998, or the AS LOW AS PRICE of 30,998. They tried to justify the increased price, saying in a real time market the price can fluctuate daily. They said was lots of interest in vehicle so the price was higher. Essentially they increased the price by $1,000. ($32.998) to begin the negotiations. We believe we were lured to the dealership under false pretenses. After returning home we read the other negative reviews. Would never do business with them again. Would not recommend anyone do business with them. Don't understand how they can continue to have A+ Revdex.com rating when all the reviews here describe "bait and switch" tactics.

"Unconditional Retail Price" Is a complete lie. My wife and I were unable to get the New Prague sales manager to give us a purchase order. We drove 45 miles to buy a 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan. It was very difficult for our salesman to persuade the sales manager to honor the price quoted from their website.
After he finally did on paper, (photo) They would not honor that price and sell us the vehicle.
I kept trying to meet the business manager and get a purchase agreement. The sales manager would not allow it. After 2 hours, the sales manager sent our salesman to tell us the price is 2 grand+ more than they said it would be. I never did get to meet the sales manager.... Caught in a lie, he simply hid in "the tower" and sent the new salesman to try and explain his unethical, deceptive practices. WOW - What a coward.
Im retired military and Iv'e bought a couple vehicles years ago from Belzer. Unfortunately, Mr. Belzer has passed away. The New Prague Dealership is now being run by a deceptive, cowardly management team that sorely needs a business ethics course.

Never dealt with more unprofessional sales team absolutely no integrity!, Nick finance "manager" disrespected an Iraq war combat veteran of all customers evening raising his voice. I'm a business professional and know what simple qualities it takes to be a respected sales operation, they need to take a step back and realize they are pushing more repeated clients away ever since being bought from New Prague Auto Group few years back, our entire family will never work with this dealership again we have been customers of them for 15+ years over quarter million in purchases. bring your business to fair practicing company with respected values to customers. they just lost an entire family of post 9/11 combat veterans that have served in Iraq & Afghanistan.

We were looking to purchase a vehicle - looked online for the best price and contact Jeff Belzer's via their chat. I reviewed the website and they offered an unconditional price - it clearly states that all apply for this - if you look at the special prices below - that states that the $3000 retail customer cash is applied to that amount. We were thinking we found a good deal. We worked with Kelly via email, text and phone and in all three formats she quoted us an "out-the-door" price including tax, title and license fee and we were VERY clear to make sure to emphasis that we wanted the financing quote not the $3000 retail offer. She was asked three times to verify all three times giving us the same amount as originally quoted. We drove 2.5 hours, looked and the vehicle ready to buy when we were told that she made a mistake ALL FOUR TIMES. They would not honor what they had given us in writing. We had inquired about an estimate on my car as trade also - she asked for pictures which were sent but over the course of email and text messages send to her - she did not reply to any that asked about the trade. Turns out she didn't want to give us a number which was fine but why not just respond stating that. Worst experience with a business ever. Poor practices that they cannot honor the prices given.

Jeff Belzer New Prague Auto sold us a brand new car (2018) whose backup camera does not work and now puts it on us to follow up with Chevrolet ourselves. No customer support in this matter whatsoever. Much flowery language but no outcome after spending time driving back up to the Cities to deal with this. Their suggestion was for us to pursue the lemon law (after they sold us the lemon).
