2015 (see enclosed example 1). Ms. [redacted]'s statement indicates her renewal was in June 2015. The policy term was from May 10th,2015 through November 10, 2015 (see enclosed example 2). Her May recurring credit card payment was declined. A letter was mailed on May 12, 2015 in regards to the credit card being declined (see enclosed example 3). The policy was terminated as of June 10th. Per Allstate underwriting guidelines, to cancel the policy as of renewal date, copies of her current Declaration pages must be provided. She was advised of the following: • Allstate afforded her coverage from May 10, 2015 until termination date of June 10, 2015. If an incident had occurred, the policy coverages would have applied. • We could terminated the policy as of May 10, 2015 but she needed to provide proof of current coverage. As of September 11, 2015,proof has not been received. Neither Mr B.[redacted] nor Allstate is trying to scam Ms. [redacted] out of money. The billing amount due of $633.34 is for coverage from May 10, 2015 through June 10, 2015. Again, this can be resolved by just providing current auto insurance coverage from May 10, 2015.
