We are sorry for any issues Ms [redacted] had As this was a pre-owned vehicle we had to work with Ford to secure the additional key and floor mats for her particular vehicle Unfortunately the original floor mats sent from Ford were the wrong color The sales manager explained that these could be exchanged at the Ford dealer and she did take them to be exchanged As for the additional key, typically, spare keys are not promised on pre-owned vehicles and we did agree to locate one but it did have to be programmed by the Ford dealership We sincerely wanted to accomodate all of her needs and it is my understanding that all of her issues were handled to the best of the ability of the staff here

She contacted us via Facebook saying that it was a misunderstanding and she overreacted and apologized to everyone involved. She didn't understand how trading a vehicle with a payoff worked.

They were unprofessional and went against their word. They made a mistake and changed the price the next day which I did not understand. I have no personal problem with two of the employees who tried to explain it to me after the fact. I did not however apologize to "everyone". They run a poor business and the customer service there is poor. I do think the business needs to be evaluated. As a professional myself, I would not be allowed to act how they did regardless of the situation.
