I would like you to remove this entire complaint from the Revdex.com records. I do not want it to be documented in anyway with the Revdex.com. The entire incident was a misunderstanding. I have talked with ** at Precision Corporation and we have resolved the issue completely. Please let me know that this complaint will be removed in its' entirety

We have spoken with the customer, and the issue is resolved There was a simple miscommunication between us and the customer as to the timeline of when the project would be completed, and the materials involved Everything that the customer was unhappy about has been completed to the
customer's satisfaction

There was a miscommunication in the beginning of the season between our client and one of our estimators.  Everything has been resolved and both the company and the client are satisfied with the results.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

In response to [redacted]’s complaint:  Precision Corporation was contracted by Mrs.
[redacted] to do tree re**val, lawn repair and install a [redacted] Pear
tree.  Precision Corporation received her
signed contract on March 30th, 2015. 
Mrs. [redacted] told ** she would not like...

the [redacted] Pear Tree,
but would rather have a different tree. 
** explained that there would be a price increase of $150.00 due to cost
of the new tree.  She agreed to the price
increase.  Mrs. [redacted] did notify the
office later that she would like a Japanese Maple Tree instead of the [redacted] Pear.  We let her know we would
relay the message to **.  ** contacted
Mr. [redacted] to let him know we would be out to do their job.  Mr. [redacted] approved this, and ** brought the
crew out later that day.  We are not sure
why Mrs. [redacted] is stating that we showed up unannounced.  When ** went to pick up materials for their
job he saw that Mrs. [redacted] had picked a Japanese Maple tree to be installed.  He decided to get the [redacted] Pear
to be installed because he knew the deer would destroy a Japanese Maple Tree
from his professional experience in the field. 
** explained this to Mrs. [redacted], and she said to go look at the Japanese
Maple Tree up the street because it looks fine. 
** proceeded to go up the street and look at the tree.  The tree she had him look at was not a
Japanese Maple Tree at all, but rather a Weeping Cherry Tree.  ** came back to Mr. & Mrs. [redacted]’s
property to let her know the tree she was looking at was a Weeping Cherry
Tree.  He informed Mrs. [redacted] that for a
Weeping Cherry Tree that size (approx. 2” diameter) she would be looking at a
larger price increase and that it would not be the proper tree to have
installed in the location she wanted.  He
gave her a few other options of trees that he would recommend for her
home.  At this time Mrs. [redacted] decided to
keep the [redacted] Pear tree.  **
explained that if she changed her mind to let us know and we would install a
new tree at no charge other than the price difference in the trees.  ** told Mrs. [redacted] that he wanted her to be
happy with what was installed because she was who would have to look at it
every day.  ** had the [redacted]
Pear Tree installed with Mrs. [redacted]’s approval. 
Mrs. [redacted] contacted Precision Corporation back following completion of
the job, and let us know she had changed her mind, and would like to have a Viburnum
Tree installed instead.  ** said that
would be fine, but there would still be the $150.00 price increase as stated
from the beginning to swap out the trees. 
This $150.00 is absolutely not to have the [redacted] Pear
removed, but rather the price difference between the C[redacted] Pear and
the Viburnum Tree.  The office manager
[redacted] had also explained this to Mrs. [redacted] prior to Precision Corporation
coming out to swap the trees.  She
understood this completely.  Mrs. [redacted] agreed
to have the trees swapped out, however, after we completed the job she disputed
the price of $150.00.  She said she went
to a nursery and found the same type of tree for $79.90 and we needed to reduce
the price.  Precision Corporation
explained that we only purchase from certain nurseries which we have accounts
with.  Also we know that the product from
the nurseries we use is top of the line. 
She may have found a better price elsewhere, but that doesn’t make a
difference of price on the tree that was purchased by Precision Corporation.  If she was not happy with the price difference
quoted in the beginning than Mrs. [redacted] should not approved the install.  Mrs. [redacted] did pay a total of $950.00 to
Precision Corporation, but has yet to pay the $76.00 for the tax on her job
which she falsely stated she also paid.  Precision
Corporation will not be providing a $220.00 refund to Mrs. [redacted].  Mrs. [redacted] has received the product she
wanted, and it was provided to her for the price she approved.
