I was able to see that it was on a F-in the enlarged PDF, but this was not explained There was no relay of information to us about putting money down It was stated to us that they could not do it then we asked about the off MSRP and the use of that which the response was it could not be done but no explanation on the off MSRP was for a F- As I do understand it was written on there and it can clearly be see in the image, but on the actual mailer it was quite small print and we missed that part of it We filled out all of the information and did sign but again it was not relayed to us that they would pull our credit report at that time giving us a hit on a score we have been trying to improve since an unfortunate job loss Once we were told that it was not possible we assume that would be the end of it and we didn't not assume that our credit report would be pulled if they didn't want to try to make something work.I am going to accept the response as I do not believe pushing any part of the issue will make any difference I can understand the reasoning after I read the response, but none of the information was given or relayed to us before we left If this complaint would never have been made I still would not have known a reason why other than "We can't help you, because you are to early in the trading cycle."

I - *** *** - General Sales Manager of Jeff Drennen Ford recall the complainant visiting the dealership on the afternoon of Friday July 31st 2015. They were greeted and taken care of by *** *** - one of my very respectable and polite sales professionals. ***
spoke with the complainant and informed me of what the customer was trying to accomplish. The mailed offer in which I attached to this response clearly states an offer of $27,for their Ford Flex which they owed approximately $28000+ on to the bank. This was no problem at all to overcome for us. The problem for us to put them in a new vehicle was the 2nd trade that they brought in - which our mailer made no offer on. The said vehicle was a Ford Focus with 116,miles on it which is way over average miles for the year and seriously devalues the trade. With that being said the complainant owed over $to the bank to pay this vehicle off. This other trade brought into the picture added such an extreme amount of negative equity that I would not be able to take both vehicles in and get them approved on a new one. The $10,off coupon in the mailer clearly states that there is $10,off and states that the discount is on a 2015 Ford FSuper Crew Platinum. The said complainant was looking for a new SUV not an Ftruck. Please reference the copy of the mailer below the $off MSRP coupon which will verify this. As for the 0% offer coupon and the days deferred coupon it also states clearly on these coupons that it is with approved credit. The said complainant gave us their credit information and signed their credit application and they did not meet the credit standards to receive these offers due to credit history and credit score. The customer was informed that they would need to put money down to offset the negative equity and their response was that they wanted to use the $off coupon to offset the negative equity but they were not looking to purchase the vehicle that the $10,000 off was offered on. I apologize for any bad feelings towards our dealership because of this mailed offer. All offers were in writing and were specific. Our dealership has earned many happy customers from this offer. All offers are in print and the attached mailer which is the one the complainant received and left at the dealership backs up everything I am stating. If you have any trouble reading the scanned copies please let me know as I can mail the actual copy
