I am rejecting this response because:
My roofer came to the house and didn't say anything about a new roof again this company is a fraud and just takes money from people ...it's very easy to say we need a new roof if it can't be seen I don't know how they feel good about them selvesWHATEVER time will tell

We feel very badly about this situation.Unfortunately,these clients were both home when we met to discuss the work necessary as per the "son's" request as he states his mother is years old,we arranged it so he would be homeNOBODY WAS TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF IN ANY WAY WHATSOEVER,however,he claims he
was not home,HE WAS.He was however not home when the work was being completed.The work took much longer than 10min.It takes longer than minutes to set the ladders up and get the required materials to the roof.We give every roof and the owners we work for 100% of ourselves and nobody forced anybody to pay before a project is complete,only a simple deposit(which is not required).The client cancelled the check(the mother)and the son called apologizing for the misunderstanding saying his mother was elderly and simply did not understand and we understood completely.We absorbed a canceled check fee at my bank due to their error, which we absorbed although the son explained he would pay for it "since his mother made a mistake."From the start we explained they needed a new roof,they could not afford one and insisted upon us to repair it(their self proclaimed-large roof took much longer than minutes to repair)that statement is not only untrue it insults our intelligence and is simply unreasonable to entertain.Before this new "supposed" leak came about we were libeled and slandered by this "son" in many,many ways,so this is no surprise.I do not understand.Everything was explained to them and repairs are not guaranteed on a roof that was not installed by us, the roof was in bad shape(as we explained).I question who even wrote this complaint.Dishonesty is sprinkled all over this complaint,and we DENY, DENY, DENY all claims made.Thank You!

I just want to send you a note to let you know how satisfied I am with the job you and your staff had done removing and replacing my roof and the gutters and downspouts. Your staff did the job in two days and without doing any damage to my shrubs. They cleaned up when they were done and you would not know they were here.
I would not hesitate to recommend your company to my family and friends. You were able to provide the exact color roof and gutters that we were looking for and you did the job for what I consider to be a fair price. There were no surprises and everything went according to plan.

I was on the jobsite with the agreed upon materials and I have multiple witnesses to prove that what I am saying is factual. I can provide statements if Revdex.com requests them to show that everything matched up as per client request and as per our agreement. Prior to starting work, [redacted] refused to pay ANY of the balance which would have been due at completion. How am I supposed to complete a job knowing ahead of time I would NOT BE PAID? [redacted] refused to let us begin work with his various threats of harm of all types. I had 1/2" insulation ready and all Agreed upon [redacted] as well as the rest of the agreed upon accessories to make his home beautiful. I am deeply saddened that the situation turned out the way it has, because I would have made his home absolutely and meticulously gorgeous. I do great work and I treat my clients ([redacted]) included with the decency they deserve.

Review: in may 2014 I placed a all to this company because my roof was leaking when the men showed I explained I had a leak they saw the leak they and I had to pay before any service to the roof was repaired or completed the CHARGE WAS 800 DOLLARS FOR ROOF MAINTENANCE THEY WHERE ON THE ROOF FOR ABOUT 10 MINUTES AND LEFT WITH OUT LETTING ME KNOW THEY COMPLETED THE JOB WHEN MY SON CAME HOME I TOLD HIM WHAT HAPPEN HE STOPPED PAYMENT ON THE CHECK THE ROOFERS CALLED AND CAME TO THE HOME AND SPOKE TO MY SON AND SAID JUST BECAUSE WE LEFT QUICKLY DOESN'T MEAN WE DIDN'T FIX THE PROBLEM SO I PAID THEM AND THEM THE ROOF STARTED LEAKING AGAIN
