amount of money for her property each month. In order to stay within budget we had to cut back on the services that we normally performed. In return I sent her a letter stating these changes. Shortly after I received another letter stating that her bushes were aruined. I shortly after stopped by the house to chekc on the bushes. The bushes in question were damaged from wind burn because of hurricanes Sandy. I called at that time to explain and left a message. I didn't receive a return phone call but a letter in the mail stopping services at that time I attempted another phone call. We never touched the shrubs this year because that was one of the services I stopped when she cut back on the budget for the property. This is the first time I am learning about sprinkler heads, we don't plow the driveway and we don't use large enough equipment to break the heads. Everyone is entitled to there own opinion, if she feels the work the work was mediocre than why didn't she tell me this last year it only seems that the complaints started after she want to cut back on the spending in which justified me cutting back on the services. The last note she sent to me was in response to her final invoice in which she stated she is not paying and using the money to repair her shrubs, without even a call to me. I don't think that is fare to me because we did not cause the damage. Responding to the services we never were on her property more than once a week. I'm sorry Mrs. [redacted] feels this way but I feel I tried to work it out, that is why I sent a letter after months of none payment that she was being sent to collection. I try to run an honest business, we maintain over 150 properties yearly for the past 13 years and I don't believe I have ever been reported to the Revdex.com. I have many customers that would be more than happy to write letters on my behalf. I hope this letter helps.
